Nikkor 28-80mm f:3,5-5,6 G AF-D

It is usually the first zoom lens of many newbie that give the jump from the compact digital cameras to a DSLR just as Nikon D50 or D70S, where it is the most economic option in the kit. The intermediate would be with 18-55 DX and the most expensive the 18-70 Kit.

It is all of plastic, lens mounts, the filter thread and bayonets mount. The nomenclature "G" means that has not manual aperture ring, but being sincere, with today's DSLR can select as much the aperture as the speed from the camera, and you equally have the total control.

It focuses until a minimum of 0,40 meters in all their focal lengths, what don't sometimes make quite more expensive glasses in price. The autofocus is enough quick and makes its work with enough dignity. Has a 7 petals diaphragm and closes until f:22; Has 8 optical elements in 8 groups and weighs some very little 224 grams.

Well, and now the surprises come: a 7/10 in sharpness, not as much as the expensive flag lenses of Nikon, but enough more than other eyeglasses that duplicate it in price and performance . The lens transforms in a 42-120mm in a Nikon DX format and for what we pay, less than 140 Euros, we cannot complain.

Maybe this objective does not obtain the more resolution and contrast images, but could be the most beloved and why not, the most beautiful.
